DIRECTOR'S MESSAGE  
 

Nature gives us many interesting lessons to draw upon. It helps illustrate parables of what happens in our lives. Look at a cygnet when it is born. It is vulnerable, but there is something about it that shows inherent resilience and fortitude. That cygnet is destined to be a Swan when it grows up, one of the most majestic & stately aquatic birds in nature.
Only a few years ago, the Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences) was a fledgling organization, but its potential and inherent character was evident to most. Today it is well on its way to becoming a national institution.
The continuous accolades the institution has been receiving is a result of the collective vision of one of most talented bodies of young academics in the country. The constant increase in the enrollment of students at IMSciences over the past few years is itself a testament of IMSciences’ unhindered progress and expansion.

Our high standards help us to pick the best students across the country, and our qualified and committed faculty members become not only academic mentors to them, but often personal ones too. IMSciences is committed to redress social inequity, which is why we have an ambitious programme to help students who have the ability but not the resources to be able to get a world class education. We do this in collaboration with USAID, FEF, the Japanese Government, Khushhali Bank and from our own resources in the form of generous scholarships.
The Institute has progressively increased its academic collaboration/linkages with British Universities. Students are now transferring their credit hours from IMSciences to its U.K. partners in different fields. This makes our degree at par with UK qualifications in these instances. The upgrading of our digital library and the provision of the Pakistan Education and Research Network (PERN) connectivity by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) is yet another milestone in the Institute’s journey towards achieving its objectives.
